Noa Rothgiesser
Noa Rothgiesser, has over 15 years’ experience in the field of somatic (mind-body) psychology, including holding a Masters Degree in Somatic Psychology, specializing in the mind-body relationship, through Naropa University, in Boulder, Colorado, USA. Noa designed and taught a Somatic Counselling and Coaching Skills program for the South African College of Applied Psychology for 10 years prior to relocating to Sydney, Australia in 2016.
She also has facilitated numerous programs over the years, tailored to groups in different contexts in the private sector and in the corporate world. Alongside teaching, Noa practices as a psychotherapist working with individuals and couples and she is an internationally published author on Yoga as a mind-body practice. Her work revolves around the cultivation of wellbeing and human potential, integrating Eastern mindfulness with Western psychological and scientific perspectives.
